Milk + Bookies
Milk + Bookies is a nonprofit that is all about spreading the love of reading to those who can’t afford books of their own. Part of their initiative is to get teachers to hold “book- raisers” in their classroom. This project is an alphabet book targeted towards elementary and pre-school teachers to help their students learn the ABC’s, and the concept was to use recognizable items that kids saw in their everyday lives in an exciting and eye catching way. Not only does the book integrate the brand as an educational tool to teach their students, but it also spreads awareness about the Milk + Bookies company and inspires teachers to hold a book-raiser in their own classrooms.
