School Apps & Websites
One of my responsibilities at Apptegy was to produce branded design materials in the form of apps, websites, logos, and promotional assets for school districts across the US. I personally had a hand in designing for over 500 school districts, but I also managed the workload for a team of three designers and worked with the Implementation and Client Success teams to help 2,000 of our clients reach their individual goals and meet specific launch dates.
Mobile Applications
We used tools such as Photoshop, Figma, and InVision to create our apps. Our Implementation and Client Success Teams would interface with the clients and pass feedback back to the designers in order to achieve the desired look and feel. Once apps were approved by the client, we would then export our mobile resources and pass those along to our Mobile Analysts to get them live in the Apple App Store and the Google Play store.
Responsive Websites
Apptegy's websites are designed to be connected to our internal content management system and publishing platform where schools can update both the website and app at the same time. Each site included a News, Live Feed, and Events section. Schools could further customize their home page by optionally including stats, student & staff spotlights, upcoming athletic events, and school programs.
